Virtual Assistance for Artists, Coaches, & Creative Entrepreneurs
I gather, shape, and manage your chaos so you can stay focused on creating your art and inspiring your community.
Welcome, my name is
Mira Karakitsou. I’m a Greek-American virtual assistant with a genuine love for organization.
I support overwhelmed creatives who have big-picture vision but struggle with the details. I’ll manage the tedious tasks of editing, uploading, or managing your content, so you can stay focused on making your art and inspiring your community.
Web Design
Whether you are looking for a new website or a refresh of your current design, I’m happy to help.
The design process begins with a discussion about your vision and your ideal client or customer. You then provide the content of your website (logo, branding, images, and text); I take those pieces and craft a website that your audience will love. All of my designs are fully responsive on mobile and are built with SEO best practices. I can also assist with setting up your email marketing opt-ins, members-only areas, client scheduling, online courses, blogs, shops, a professional email address at your domain (for example, [email protected]), analytics, sitemap submission to search engines, and more.
Virtual Assistance
I create and manage courses, newsletters, blogs, shops, podcasts, client schedulers, email accounts, and more.
I am available to create and manage:
- Online courses
- Email marketing and automations
- Client scheduling
- Ebooks or other digital offerings
- Online shops
- Blogs
- Podcasts
- and more!

Coaching
If you’re overwhelmed by the details—or struggling to finish your tasks—I offer structure, planning, and support.
Through one-on-one sessions, I will help you brainstorm your vision, organize your thoughts, devise a plan, map out the steps, and hold you accountable—so that you follow through on your creative goals.
More About Mira
I created my first website when I was thirteen years old — a place to share my poetry, stories, and thoughts with the world.
It would be another two decades before I dove into web design and management as a full-time career, but I never lost that initial awe for the power of the internet: a virtual stream of world-changing ideas, diverse perspectives, and evocative art.
In the past six years, I've worked with freelancers, artists, brick-and-mortar businesses, and online entrepreneurs to create and manage websites that their followers and customers love. My ideal client is passionate about their message, open-minded, and values clear communication. As an herbalist, artist, and dancer, I especially enjoy supporting entrepreneurs in holistic healthcare and the arts—where my work can empower others to live a more embodied and intentional life.
Why Naiad Spring Creative?
In Greek mythology, naiads are the nymphs of freshwater springs, fountains, and streams. The term ‘naiad’ has its roots in the ancient word ‘nao’, meaning ‘to flow’.
To the ancient Greeks, water was a sacred element, a well of creativity. The Muses themselves most likely began as naiads — local water spirits who granted divine inspiration and artistic vision.Through my work, I seek to create a clear channel for your work — so you can experience greater ease, creativity, and flow in sharing your vision with the world.

Testimonials
“Incredible to work with from the start. She is truly skilled with web design and the back-end details…She is also excellent at breaking down the concepts and programs for the user in a way that is easy to understand. She is a hard worker, is early on deadlines, and is extremely personable. I hired her to fix one small thing and ended up hiring her for a complete website overhaul. The final product was better than I hoped for, and I am thrilled.”
— Anne W.
“I have been working with Mira very closely for a few years now. Having worked with at least 4 other website builders/designers over the years, I have met my perfect match. She offers me the structure I need to implement what I am sometimes barely able to articulate...Mira not only completes and delivers the work on time every time, she actually keeps me focused…She does this all in a way that is just so easy. The perfect blend of offering her linear knowledge mixed with an eye for design. I finally have a website that actually works for me, and looks exactly how I want it to. She keeps me advised of updates that might serve my site and shares her thoughts about why or why not to make a shift. I have gotten a good deal of accolades for how well my website works and how it looks, not only from clients, from other professionals who evaluate these things. I confidently recommend her to my colleagues and friends.”
— Terrie L.
“It's always a pleasure…this time around I needed her to enhance some parts of my existing website (which she did for me a year ago) and she gets what I want without me having to explain too much to her about what I need. Plus, she's always giving suggestions to make things better. Her delivery is always on time if not earlier than promised.”
— Shuhada A.
